RETURNS

 

• Order once placed cannot be cancelled. 
• If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
• Please note that the product must be unused and all tags and labels should be attached.

• No refund for size related issues. Product can however be exchanged with preferred sizing, if it's available in stock. Store credit/ promo code shall be provided in case of unavailability of the product in the preferred sizing. 
  

  
  

  REFUNDS

   

• Product with manufacturing defect/quality issue can be returned/exchanged within 48 Hours  from the day of purchase. Order amount will be refunded as soon as the product returned reaches us.
• If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 3 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

• Shipping will be borne by 2THERIOT only under the following conditions:

  • If there is manufacturing defect in the piece.
  • If the package is received damaged
